Payment
1 - Payments for orders placed on the website www.cosmospilates.com, which is the subject of this agreement, can be made via bank transfer. The processing time of an order is not the moment it is placed, but the moment when the payment amount is blocked from the customer’s bank account or when it is confirmed that the amount has reached our company’s account.
2 - The consumer is responsible for paying all applicable service fees and taxes related to the use of the Site and its services.
3 - In credit card transactions, data transmission is secured by our company via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Credit card payments and authorizations are processed automatically through the Virtual POS system. Payments via credit card are not accepted for international sales.
4 - Prices of products listed on our website do not include shipping, customs clearance, service fees, or any taxes applicable in your country.
5 - If the consumer is a commercial entity, the invoice will be issued according to the billing information provided and delivered to the company placing the order.
6 - Once the bank account used for the payment is successfully authorized, our company becomes responsible for fulfilling the order.

Shipping and Delivery Terms
1 - For “Pilates Equipment” products sold on our website, production begins after the order is placed. The delivery time, including shipping, takes up to 10 business days.
2 - The consumer is obliged to inspect the package in front of the courier representative at the time of delivery if they suspect any damage during shipment. If there is any defect in the product, a report must be issued by the courier company and the package must not be accepted. In such cases, the situation must be reported to our company as soon as possible along with a copy of the report. Our company will ensure a new and proper delivery. If the package is accepted by the consumer, it is deemed that the courier fulfilled its duty properly.
3 - If necessary and for valid reasons, our company may supply goods or services of equal quality and value before the agreed performance period expires. If the fulfillment of the ordered product or service becomes impossible, the company must inform the consumer before the performance deadline. The paid amount and any related documents will be refunded within 7–10 days.
4 - If you place an order for products listed under the Pilates Equipment category, your order will be shipped via international courier companies. These companies are responsible only for transportation and do not handle unloading or in-home delivery. You will be responsible for moving the products once they arrive at your delivery address.
5 - If the consumer fails to fully comply with the conditions specified in this agreement, our company will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the ordered products.
