TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Payment: A 25% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining 75% must be paid when the equipment is ready for shipment. Once full payment is received, the products will be shipped to the address specified in the sales contract.


Shipping: The customer must provide the full delivery address in order to receive a shipping quote. Otherwise, Cosmos Pilates is not obligated to provide a shipping offer.


Delivery: All equipment is made to order. The production time is a maximum of 10 business days. Once production is complete and payment obligations are fulfilled, the products will be dispatched or made available for pickup from the warehouse. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. Products are shipped palletized and securely packaged. Upon delivery, the customer must check for any damage. If damage is detected, a report must be prepared together with the shipping company representative.


Warranty: Cosmos Pilates guarantees that products will be delivered free from manufacturing defects. Each piece of equipment is pre-assembled and tested independently for quality assurance. The warranty is valid for two (2) years from the invoice date.


If any defect, missing part, or issue inconsistent with the order is found in the equipment, it must be reported to Cosmos Pilates immediately upon discovery and, in any case, no later than 8 days after the delivery date, in accordance with legal requirements.


The warranty is void in the following cases:


▪ If the equipment has been involved in an accident, neglected, misused, or damaged due to abnormal use.


▪ If the products were incorrectly assembled and/or assembled by unqualified persons.


▪ If original parts have been replaced with non-original components.


▪ If the equipment is no longer in the possession of the original purchaser.


▪ The warranty does not cover damage caused by tears, cuts, burns, stains, use of unauthorized cleaning products, environmental conditions, or misuse of the equipment.


▪ If a material or manufacturing defect is confirmed, Cosmos Pilates will repair or replace the faulty part or the entire product depending on the evaluation.


▪ Repaired or replaced parts will remain under warranty for the duration of the original warranty period of the equipment.


▪ If the customer fails to report damage that occurred during transportation at the time of delivery with the shipping company representative, such damage will not be covered under warranty.


▪ The warranty does not cover shipping costs of replacement parts, customs fees, or any installation-related expenses.


▪ Under no circumstances does the warranty provide compensation for direct or indirect damages to persons or property.


▪ If a repair or replacement is carried out under warranty, the same material will be used if available. If the same material is not available, the closest alternative will be used.
