The Reformer equipment is an exercise device that includes a carriage mat, spring system, shoulder rests, footbar, ropes, and various accessories. It is specifically designed to increase muscle strength, improve flexibility, and support body alignment.


PURPOSE OF USE


The Reformer Pilates equipment is used to strengthen the core, correct posture, and improve overall physical fitness through controlled resistance and balance exercises. It enables stretching, strengthening, and mobility exercises in accordance with classical Pilates principles.

It is suitable for professional athletes, rehabilitation patients, and individuals who exercise regularly.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS


To use the Reformer Pilates equipment safely, please follow these safety measures carefully:


Pre-Use Checklist

  • Ensure all components are properly assembled and securely fastened.

  • Check that all parts are functioning correctly.

  • Verify the carriage moves smoothly and without friction or obstruction.

  • Do not use the equipment if there are loose screws, broken parts, or worn ropes that may pose safety risks.

  • Read the user manual thoroughly before first use and place the equipment on a flat, non-slip surface.

  • It is recommended to exercise barefoot, with non-slip socks, or with bare feet on the Reformer.

  • Leave at least 1 meter of free space around the equipment and keep it away from fragile, sharp, or unstable objects nearby.

Points of Attention

  • Springs are under high tension during use. Be careful when attaching or detaching them; always use both hands.

  • Ropes, pulleys, and springs should be checked regularly; contact technical service if there is wear or loosening.

  • No dust or dirt should accumulate on the rails beneath the carriage; keep the rails clean and free of foreign materials.

  • Inspect the equipment before each use. Do not use if springs are loose or the carriage sticks.

  • Avoid sudden and uncontrolled movements during exercises.

  • Do not apply weight to the footbar unless it is securely locked in place.

  • Only one person should use the equipment at a time. Multiple users can overload the equipment and cause damage.


CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Clean the upholstered parts with water mixed with vinegar only. Wipe the metal parts with a dry cloth.

  • Do not use alcohol-based cleaning products.

  • Check all screws and fasteners; tighten any that are loose.

  • Make sure the platform moves smoothly and freely.

  • Spring systems should be inspected and serviced by a technician at least once a year.

  • Always store the device in a dry, clean, dust-free, and well-ventilated environment.

  • Avoid environments with high humidity, sudden temperature changes, frost, direct sunlight, or heaters.
