COSMOS PROFESSIONAL PILATES EQUIPMENT WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT


WARRANTY PERIOD AND COVERAGE


Our Reformer Pilates equipment is warranted against manufacturing and material defects for a period of 2 years from the invoice date. This warranty is valid only if the product is used under the conditions specified by the manufacturer.

Covered Under Warranty:

  • Manufacturing defects in mechanical parts such as springs, ropes, carriage mats, pulleys

  • Structural deformations in wooden or metal frames (manufacturing-related)

  • Missing or damaged parts noticed at the time of delivery

❌ Not Covered Under Warranty:

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Usage contrary to the user manual

  • Damages caused by unauthorized interventions

  • Damages due to falling, impact, liquid contact, fire, or natural disasters

  • Wear and tear from excessive use of springs, ropes, or upholstery materials

  • Use of the equipment outdoors or in humid environments

  • Malfunctions resulting from failure to perform routine cleaning and maintenance

  • Springs broken due to unconscious and excessive use are not covered under warranty.
    THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR SPRINGS IS 1 YEAR.

After the Warranty Period
