Cancellation & Return Policy

At Cosmos Pilates Ekipmanları, we are committed to delivering high-quality Pilates equipment to our valued customers around the world. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it free of charge by contacting us immediately.

  • After Shipment:
    Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please follow the return process outlined below.


Return Conditions

  • Return Period:
    You may return your order within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Eligibility for Return:
    Returned items must be:

    • Unused and unassembled

    • In original packaging with all accessories and documentation

    • Not custom-made (e.g. specific color, wood finish, or trapeze type)

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or made-to-order products

    • Used or assembled equipment

    • Items that pose hygiene risks once opened (e.g. straps, mats, handles)


Return Shipping and Customs Costs

  • The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping and customs clearance costs.

  • For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment must be paid by the customer.

  • All returned items must be safely packed to avoid damage during transport. Cosmos Pilates Ekipmanları is not liable for items damaged during return shipping.


Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping and customs costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

My Product Arrived Damaged — What Should I Do?

At Cosmos Pilates Ekipmanları, we take full responsibility for any damages incurred during shipping. To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow the instructions below carefully:

  • Do not accept the package if there are visible signs of damage such as cracks, dents, or tears in the packaging.

  • Ask the courier to wait while you open the package in their presence.

  • If the product is damaged, request an official damage report from the courier and return the product immediately without accepting it.

  • If you accept the delivery, it will be assumed that the item was received in good condition.
    Any damage reported afterward will be considered user-related and not covered under shipping responsibility.
